Bugs and Additions

Following are the bug fixes and small additions in this version:

1- Table split by header in Word add-in
This was fixed.

2- Export submissions - not ok for repeated 
Exporting submissions data to CSV, TXT, XLS was not working properly when repeated section data was included. This was fixed.
