Improvements in Titan Word add-in for Salesforce

In this version, we've made a few improvements:
1- Comment made mandatory in Word Add-in.
When you add an element to the Word template you need to specify a Salesforce Object and a Field. Starting this version the Comment field will be mandatory as well. The reason being that the comment is important. Each comment you specify stands for a different Get query, Which makes it easy to identify if data is coming from the same Get action or not.

3- Added placeholders for Dropdowns and Comment fields.
