Added hover/selected effects for section

Till now we have provided the option to set a Hover and Selected effects for all of the input elements in your form.
Thanks to our user Kavala, Srinivasu, we’ve just added this same capabilities to our Section element.

All you have to do is:
- Select the section element on canvas
- Go to : Properties panel > Element tab > Style option
- Choose “Hover” in the “Apply style to” dropdown.
- Change the background for example to yellow
- You will not see the change on canvas, however, after publishing your form you will see the section change color to yellow when you hover above it.

* You can do the same for the “Active” effect by choosing it in the “Apply style to” dropdown (instead of ‘Hover’).
