Confirmation message added when changing instance

Most users creating Salesforce forms need to have seperate accounts for Sandbox and Production. This is also our recommendation to all of our users, so their online forms are kept isolated and are not influence by their testing environment (even by mistake).
Having said that, if you try to change the instance in your form’s integration settings you will find that it is possible. The only catch is that changing the instance in a specific form is carried out in all of the forms in the account.
Users seemed to be unaware of this so we added a new message that asks the user to confirm this action.
