Supporting URL parameters in publish options: Embed, Lightbox and Feedback

Forms fields may be pre filled from the form URL - this we already know and is very easy to preform. But what about forms that are embedded in your webpage using the Embed, Lightbox or Feedback publish options? How can you add parameters to them when the form URL?
This was not supported till now but in this version we have added this capability and it is really simple as well - in these cases all you have to do is add the parameters to the web page’s URL and it will work.
