Specific size for tabs in Tabbed section

Last updated Nov 30 2019

Well...up till now when you created a tabbed section the section height was applied to all of the tabs - making them the same height.
Thing is...our experience with users regarding tabs has shown us that in most cases the tabs' content differs a bit, and sometimes the difference can even be extreme. For example: content in one tab can take up a third of the tab height, while another can take up almost a whole tab height.
The problem with this, apart from it being visually unpleasant, is that if there is additional content below the tabbed section, you would need to scroll over an empty area to get to it.

So, in this version, we’ve made it possible for you to set a different height for every tab. The only thing you would need to do is :
1- Specify a “specific size” for your tabs
2-Turn on the “Conditional size” checkbox in the section settings (properties panel > Element > Settings > Advanced).

If you remember, the “Conditional size” property is used to make a section height grow or contract when Show/Hide conditions are used.
In this version, we’ve made this property also work for the tabs, so if you have conditional logic showing/hiding elements - the tab height will now change accordingly as well.

Enjoy!
