Up till now we offered a way to change the default email subject (from the form Settings > Emails category), however this subject is given to all emails sent from the form: To the owner, the additional emails and to the form fillers.
A user by the name of Christina Harte shared her use case with us where she needed to provide a different subject for each email element - and it makes sense so we decided to add this to our version.
