Inline edit in the SF Table lets the filler edit the values directly inside the table. (Instead of editing the values from a modal window when using the regular ‘Edit’ option).
Inline editing is great but it could not be used with Reference fields, so if you had a reference field in one of your Table columns, you had to have it edited in a regular way- within a modal window.
In this version, thanks to Alon Segal, we decided to support the reference fields for inline editing.
