The Likert is mostly used in surveys and questionnaires and up till now, you could not map the answers to SF fields so in order to push the data entered in the Likert into Salesforce you needed to create a custom object and map your Likert to new records.
In this version, we’ve made it possible to map the Likert to fields, specifically - picklists.
