Parameters added to Redirect URL option in Form Condition

When creating your form you could easily have it redirect to a different URL once it was submitted (in the Form settings > ‘On submit’ category). And not only that, but you could also add Parameters to this url, if you wanted to.
In addition, you could also use the ‘Redirect URL’ option from the Form Condition and have your form redirect to a different URL only if the condition was met. However, parameters could not be set there.

In this version we’ve extended the Post submit URL in the Form Condition to include the Parameters.
