Enable Strong Customer Authentication with Stripe

In this version we've made it possible to use SCA with Stripe (Strong Customer Authentication ).

What is SCA?
New requirements for authenticating payments online, introduced in Europe as part of the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
payments. Card payments require a different user experience, namely 3D Secure, in order to meet SCA requirements. Transactions that don’t follow the new authentication guidelines may be declined by your customers’ banks.
