Mapping Attachments / Files / Documents

At FormTitan we support reading from Salesforce objects as well as writing to SF objects. And this bi-directional integration includes any SF object you can think of, including attachments, files and documents.

Writing the files to SF

Also known as "Push", means that you can have your form fillers upload files/attachments/documents in your online form, and these files will also be automatically synced in your SF account. (in addition to being sent to you via email and stored in your Submissions page).

Reading your files from SF

Also known as "Get", means that you can have your files/attachments/documents brought over straight from your SF account, right into your form. These files may be mapped to various FormTitan elements: However there are 2 very common use cases for populating the file/attachment/document in your form:
1- mapping your file to a link element
By using the first option you can display links in your form, that are populated from salesforce.
Once you map your files to a link element, users will be able to click on it and download the file.
Check out the following example and learn how to map your attachment to a link element

2- mapping your file to an image element
By using the second option you can display images in your form, that are populated from salesforce.
Once you map your files to an image element, images from your SF account will be displayed inside your form.
Check out the following example and Learn how to map your attachment to an image element.
