Dynamically filtering to show/hide templates in the FT button window

In this video, we will show you how to control when a template is shown in the FT button window.

We will show you:
- The templates we currently have available in the Opportunity object.
- How to add a formula field to the object, with a condition that if returns "1" if the opportunity amount is greater than  16,025 and returns "0" if not.

- How to set the filter inside FormTitan:
- Enter the form of the template you wish to filter.
- Open the PDF mapping
- Go to "Filter" category
- Turn on the "Enable filter" checkbox.
- Choose to filter by the field you added in your object.
- Choose the operator (in this case: Equals) 1
If the term is met - then the template will be shown in the window.

- How to test the form -
- make sure the amount in your opportunity is lower than 16,025 - and you will see that the template is not showing in the list.
- then change the opportunity amount so it is larger than  16,025 - and you will see that the template is showing in the list.
