Build a basic template, set filter and preview the document

In this example we will show you how to:
- Create a basic template in word.
- Set a filter.
- Preview the document with real data from Salesforce.

Following are the instructions:
1- Use the options from the ribbon at the top, or use the right click menu.
2- Choose "Insert / edit field".
3- Select the object (in this case: Account)
- Provide a comment so the action can later be identified. (in this case: test)
- Choose a Salesforce field that belongs to this object (in this case: Account name)
4- Each field you insert has a default format, and you can also change it if you like.
5- Press on Insert to add the field to the template.
6- Add 2 more fields in the same way, make sure they also have the same object and comment. so all 3 fields will belong to the same action. (in the example we added account Phone and Website).
7- Press on the "Preview" tab in the sidebar. You will see the "Account" object listed there.
8- Press on the Filter icon and choose which data to draw from Salesforce (in this example: i specified the account ID).
9- Save the filter
10- Prepare an Account for this test in your Salesforce account. Make sure to enter a phone number and website.
11- Press on 'Preview now' button and the document will render.
