Word composer element: Email

The Email element allows you to send an email containing a rendered Word document, that was downloaded from the Salesforce FT button.
As you know, the FormTitan package for Salesforce allows you to generate FormTitan documents and send emails. The Word composer works in conjunction with this package, the following steps will show you how.

In order to send the Word document, all you have to do is:
* You must have the FormTitan button for Salesforce set up in your Salesforce account.
1- Press on the ‘FT Generate’ button in Salesforce.
2- Press on the "Edit and Send" link of the document you wish to send. (please note that the "Edit and send button is used for PDF docs, while the 'Edit and send' Link generates Word docs).

3- The Word document will render and download.
4- Press on the downloaded file and it will open inside the FormTitan Word composer for Salesforce.
5- Once the document is open in the composer you can edit it.
6- Press on the "Email" icon in the Toolbar above or on the "Send" mail" button in the right panel.
7- The email settings window will then open, allowing you to set the subject of the email, the reply to address, etc.
