Word composer element: Hidden

Last updated May 10 2019

The Hidden field, as you can clearly understand from its name is an invisible field. Its purpose is to store a value which you can then base conditions on.

To add a Hidden field to your document all you have to do is:
* Make sure you have at least one field in the document before trying to add a formula.
1- Press on the ‘Manage Hidden fields’ option.
2- Give your hidden field a name.
3- Choose the type of Hidden you want to add: Dynamic or Static.
4- If you've chosen "Static" - simply type a value.
If you've chosen "Dynamic" - Select the SF object, enter a comment and then select the field you want to draw the value from.
5- Press on "Save"
6- You will not see anything change on canvas since the field is hidden, so if you wish to edit this field or add more hidden fields you will simply need to press on the "Manage Hidden fields" option again.
