The Watermark is a Word component (and not a FormTitan element), however the FT composer can allow you to set a condition on this watermark and determine when it is shown or hidden.
To add a condition on your Watermark all you have to do is:
* Set up a word template with a few fields for this example. like: Account name, Account type etc.
1- Press on the ‘Watermark’ option in the FormTitan menu.
2- Turn on the "Enable watermark condition" checkbox.
3- Press on the "Configure condition" button.
4- Now set your condition based on the fields in your document. For example: if account name contains G.
This means that if the condition is met - the watermark will appear, and vice versa.
5- Press on 'Save'.
6- The condition you just added will not be visible on canvas so you will need to test the template for this:
- Set a filter in the "Preview" tab, to retrieve an account that has G in its name to see the watermark.
- Then change the filter to retrieve an account that does not have G in the name to make sure the watermark is hidden.
