FormTitan Sign In page is straight forward:
| 1- | Enter the Sign In page - from link in upper menu |
| 2- | Enter your email address - the one you registered with. |
| 3- | Enter your password. |
| 4- | Turn "Remember me" checkbox on if you wish for the browser to keep you logged in. |
| 5- | Press on Sign In button. |
| 5- | If you cannot sign in, this may mean that your email or password are incorrect. If this is the case, simply press on "Having problems logging in" link to send yourself a new password. |
