In this video, we will show you how to use the distinct option in your dropdown to make sure there are no duplicated items in the list you pull from Salesforce.
We will show you how to:
- Set up a Lookup that will allow fillers to find an opportunity in Salesforce.
- Drag a dropdown, in which we will display all of the opportunity products.
- Configure the Get integration to draw all of the product names into the dropdown.
- Test the form - you will see (in our example) a few products with the same name inside the dropdown.
- Return to the form builder and Select the Page break on canvas.
- Go to its Advanced settings and turn on the "Distinct options" checkbox.
- Save the form and test it again. When you open the dropdown there will be no duplicate values.
