Use Co-Browsing

Last updated Jun 23 2019

In this video we will show you how to use Co-Browsing in your form, to assist your form fillers.
By using this feature you will designate a support user (Operator) to assist your fillers, so each time they ask for assistance an email will be sent to him requesting him to co-browse.
A co-browser support user can view the filler enter data in the form and can also be given permission to edit the data.

We will show you how to:

- Add a Co-Browsing functionality in your form (Form > Settings > Optimization > Co-Browsing).
- Turn on the "Allow edit" checkbox, if you want to allow the support user to edit data in the form.
- Configure a request mail - this is the mail that will be sent to the support user, asking him to assist.
- Configure a confirmation email - this is the second email that will be sent to the operator, containing a code he will need to use in order to access the form.
- Change the captions involved in the Co-Browsing.
- Test the form
- We'll Show you what it looks like when the form filler asks for assistance.
- Show you the email sent to the Operator, and how he needs to enter his email address and then the code in the second email.
- What it looks like when the filler and operator are communicating via Co-Browsing
