In this video, we will show you how to use the Chat to communicate or assist your form fillers while they are on your form.
We will show you how to:
- Enable the Chat feature (Form > Settings > Optimization > Chat).
- Have an operator Start the Chat (My forms > Start chat)
- Publish the form
- Click on the button on the bottom right corner of the form to open the Chat window.
We'll show you how the chat works by displaying the form filler's screen next to the operator screen.
And also how the operator can see the fillers advancement in the form by viewing the data he entered until that point.
