Populate multiple Salesforce records into a table in your PDF

Last updated Jan 20 2019

In this demo we will show you how to display your repeated section items inside a dynamic PDF.
Following are the steps:

1. Create a repeated section.
2. Insert your fields into this section
3. Configure the Salesforce Get integration to draw the data from Salesforce
4. Create a dynamic PDF
5. Insert a table into the PDF with as many columns as needed (and insert a field from your repeated section in each column).
Since this is only the structure of the table - you will only need to create one table row for the data.
6. You can also add a header row to this data row, if you like (which will make your table contain 2 rows now).
7. Turn on the 'Preview before submit' in your PDF settings, if you want the filler to see the PDF before it is created.
8. If you have many records you can split the table to pages
