Third party cookies needs to be enabled to use Titan form

If you have your form embedded with:

 

- SSO enabled

- Smartv embeded with session enabled

- Communities with SSO enabled and embeded

 

And third party cookies are disabled, you will get 'ERROR' - to resolve this issue cookies must be enabled.
