Twilio + Salesforce integration via Titan

In this post we will go over how you can integrate Twilio and Salesforce with your Titan form.
In the first video we will show you how to set it up, and in the second video, we will show you how it works.

Video 1 - how to set it up


All you have to do is
Configure the Titan connection to Twilio.
Following are the steps to Configure the Titan connection to Twilio:
1- Login to your Titan account
2- Go to "My Account" > "Push settings" tab
3- Press on the "Grant access" button for Twilio.
4- Configure the account SID and Token from the console dashboard as follows:

A- Turn on the Check the allow call checkbox
B- Enter Twilio API Key and API Secret and head over to: Twilio Dashboard > Settings > API Keys.
C- If you already have an API key and secret use it, if not create a new one: 

D- Create an application in Twilio. 
- Head over tp "Programmable Voice" > "TwiML" > "TwiML Apps"  and click the '+ ' sign to create a new app.
E- Copy the request URL from Titan to Twilio as follows: 

F- Click Create, then click on the app that was created.
G- Copy the SID to Titan Application ID as follows:


Set up the configuration inside Titan.
- In the form builder go to 'Form settings' > Press on 'View more' link > select 'Integrations' category > Click edit and select "Twilio".

- select the 'phone call' option and configure the properties as shown in the video.

* Please note
For the "Caller Id" you will need to use a Twilio Active number from your Twilio account as follows
