Use the Salesforce table control to add a contact and associate it to an account

In this demo we will show you:
how to use the table control so your filler can add a new Salesforce contact object and associate it to an existing Salesforce account.
We will also show you to how to allow the filler to search for the account to associate using an account name reference.
