Add a Signature to your Word document

In this video, we will show you can add a signature element to your template and create a document that fillers can sign online.

We will show you:

- A Word template we've set up, which pulls opportunity information and products from Salesforce.
- How to insert the Signature from the menu on top (or from the right-click menu).
- How to publish the template so it is uploaded to a form you have in your FormTitan account.
- How to log in to your FormTitan account.
- How to open your Word mapping (Properties panel > Form tab > Settings option > Document generation category > Word mapping).
- How to open the "Signature" category.
- How to turn on the "Enable signature" checkbox.
- How to choose how to Convert to PDF.
- How to save the form.
- How to publish the form and press "submit".
- The preview will open and you'll be able to click on the signature and sign.

- How to make this form work in the FT button directly from Salesforce.
