Edit and send a Word document from Salesforce

In this video we will show you how you can edit and send a Word document from Salesforce via FT button.

We will show you:
- A Word template we've already created in the FormTitan Word composer for Salesforce.
- The Word mapping, where we've configured the Salesforce button.
- How to open the "Edit and send mail" category and set email addresses, and custom file name.
- How to check this by going to your Salesforce account and opening the "FT button".
- How to use the "Edit and Send"  link for Word docs.
- How the Document is then downloaded and clicking on it, opens it inside the Word composer.
- How to make the wanted changes and then press on "Email" button.
- How to fill in the details and send the email, containing the document.
