Inserting a condition in the Word template

Last updated Apr 12 2020

In this example we will show you how to insert conditions, using FormTitan add-in for Word, in order to show and hide content in the template.

We’ll show you how to:
- Add a field (using the right click menu) - Account Name
- Add a text and wrap it with a condition (If the Account has more than 300 employees )
- Insert more fields: Annual revenues and Billing street
- Select both fields and add a condition around them. (If the Account has more than 300 employees)
- Configure a Filter: choose a static Account ID, that doesn't meet the condition and preview - you will not see the results.
- Choose a different static Account ID, that does meet the condition and preview - you will now see the fields.
