Set your Table of contents dynamically from Salesforce

In this video we will show you how set a dynamic Table of contents in your document from Salesforce.
We will show you:
- A document we've already set up with a Table of contents in it and fields from Salesforce.
- A condition we've placed on a fields to hide/show it based on data from Salesforce.
- How to render the document with 'Preview' and see how the TOC changes dynamically.
