Allow Calculator to use First or Last name of fullname

The String calculator enables you to concat two or more values into an expression. You can also insert your field values in this string, by dragging the fields listed in the calculator editor on the right on to the editor canvas.
When you drag a field, its value will be displayed “as is”. This also includes complex elements like the full name, which consist of more than one field.
Up till now when users used the Full Name in the string calculator it would display the values of both fields: the first and the last name. In this version we enabled those using the “Full name” to also add the first name or  last name separately (based on the values entered in the Full name element ).
