Add record in the Salesforce Lookup

With the lookup field you can let your form fillers search through a salesforce objects’ records and choose one. But what happens if a filler does not find a suitable record?  Why not give him/her the option to add a new record if needed?
So we did. In this version we added a new property to the basic Lookup, where you can add a “New record” option that will redirect the filler to a page where he can add the record. And then, once added he can select this new record in the lookup.
