Use chat to optimize your form
One of the many optimization tools offered by FormTitan is the CHAT.
This feature enables you to add an online active chat to your form, giving the form filler a direct way to contact you online.
When the form filler enters your form - this is what he will see:
A message on the bottom right corner of the page - offering you assistance. 
When the form filler clicks on this message it will open the chat window - to start conversation. 
In addition, the chat lets you (form owner) see if there is someone currently in your form and it enables you to address him right then and there.
