Can I change the form url?

Your form URL has a simple structure : Https://Your_subdomain_name.formtitan.com/form_URL

In this help article you we will show you how you can customize your form URL so it reflects your name/business/product/etc.

Following are steps to change your form Url:

1-	Sign in to your FormTitan account.
2-	Enter your form in the form builder.
3-	Open your "Form Settings" > "Basic" tab > "General" Category > Form URL.
4-	Notice that the form URL is displayed in 2 rows. You can only change the last part, in the second input box. Enter your url and that's it.
