Can anyone get to our form and fill in data?

Sure.
In general, when you create forms they are PUBLIC by default. This means that no one needs to "login" to fill them in - anyone can access them. If you decide to create private forms, on the other hand, then only those you set as Collaborators (Sub users) and set permissions for will be authorized to access and fill in the forms. Read how to create a collaborator
