One of the many optimization tools offered by FormTitan is the CHAT.
This feature gives you a direct way to find out if there are any users currently filling in your form, you can also view what fields they have already entered, and of course, you can open a chat with them if you wish to offer your assistance. The chat feature also allows the form filler to start chatting with you.

When the form filler enters your form - this is what he will see:
A message on the bottom right corner of the page - offering you assistance. 
When the form filler clicks on this message it will open the chat window - to start conversation. 
In addition, the chat lets you (form owner) see if there is someone currently in your form and it enables you to address him right then and there.
