Mail Settings Tab

"My Account" gives you quick access to settings and tools for managing your FormTitan account. It is divided into eleven tabs and the "Mailing List" tab is the last one. 
This tab can help you maintain a consistent brand identity, by having your form emails sent from your own custom email server, instead of being sent, as always, by a FormTitan server.
Following are steps to use your custom email server: 

1- Enter your FormTitan account
2-  Open the "User" sub menu and select "My account" page
3- Go to "Mail Settings" tab.

Turn on the "Enable" checkbox
5-  Set your SMTP mail server settings:
The host, Port, User and password




6- 

Turn on the "Secure connection" checkbox if your mail server requires it. (this is optional).
7- Turn on the "Use FormTitan mail server as fallback" if you wish for the FormTitan server to provide a backup and send the emails when your server is not sending them, for some reason.
(This is optional).


Once you have your custom mail server set up you can now test it:
Simply configure a test email and send it to one of your accounts, so you can check it.

1- To - Enter an email address you want the email to be sent to.
2- From - Enter a name
3- Subject - Enter text that will appear in the email subject line.
4- Body - Enter a text that will appear in the email body.
5- Press on the "Test mail" button and check the email received. You will see that FormTitan is not mentioned and that the "From email" contains your custom mail server user address.
