Push Edit later URL to Salesforce

Last updated May 06 2018

The Allow later editing feature allows your form fillers to enter data in your form and edit that data later on. When the filler submits the form, this triggers an email that is sent to him, containing the Edit later URL, and all he needs to do is press on the link and edit the data.
In this version we have added the ability to have this later editing URL pushed to Salesforce.
All you have to do is:
1- Set the "Later editing" option
- Enter your form in the form builder
- Make sure you have an Email element in your form (this option cannot work without it)
- Turn on the "Allow later editing" (in "properties" panel > "Form" tab > "Settings" option > "On submit" category )
- Click on the "Edit" settings button
- Choose your Email element in the dropdown
2- Set the salesforce Push integration
- Configure the push as usual: Set an action, a condition if you need to and continue to the 'Map fields' category.
- when you map your form fields be sure to map Submission Edit URL to the desired field in Salesforce (in this example: URL field), along with the rest of the fields.

Enjoy!
