Push Signature to Salesforce as attachment

Up till now the Signature field could only be pushed to Salesforce if it was included in the generated PDF (from the PDF Mapping).
In this version we enabled pushing the signature to an attachment or file in Salesforce, without having to use PDF mapping at all.

** Please note that this is a powerful option, that allows you to push the signatures directly, and it is only available in licenses that include the "Advanced Tools" features.
