Draft URL column added to my submissions

When you want to create a form the filler can save and resume you use a “Draft” button.
This way, when he presses on the button he can send himself the link to this form, which he can access later to continue working on.
In this version, we’ve added the option to reach the draft form URL by adding a column to the grid called: Draft URL.
