When you integrate your forms with 3rd party applications it is important to keep track of your actions and make sure that data
is successfully synced. This is exactly what the Integration logs are for: when things go smoothly you can see a "Success" status and when there are errors the action line will display a status of "error".
All this is well and good, but in order to help our users better understand where the errors are coming from and how to deal with them we have added a few properties to the "Message" column in the log:
1- Object name: like Account/Contact/Case/Opportunity/...
2- Action: like Create /Update/...
3- The record ID acts as a link to the item in Salesforce
