One of the integrations supported in Titan is the integration with Twilio. Twilio is a cloud communication platform that enables you to engage customers across channels via SMS, voice, video, WhatsApp, email, and more.
Up till now, the Titan integration included communication via Whatsapp and SMS.
In this version, we are excited to add a new option to the integration: Phone call.
