Hide translation bar

When you use our auto translation or custom translation and your form fillers are identified as having a different language, they are presented with the translated version of your form. However, at the top of the form we also display a blue strip to allow them to choose between the translated version and the original version of the form.
Seems that there are users who do not want to give their fillers this option - they want the form to be translated for them and that’s it.
This is why we added a new property called “Hide translation bar”.
