Improving Re-submit multiple entries from my-submission

Up till now the ‘my submissions’ page gave you the option to re-submit data to Salesforce (using the ‘Push’ icon in the toolbar).
This would come handy when someone filled in your form and the data updated your submissions grid ,but for some reason failed to be pushed to Salesforce (part or all of it). Using this option allows you to fix the problem and re-send data to Salesforce - keeping your information in sync.
But re-submitting many submissions together was sometimes hard for the server, slowing things down. That is why in this version we made an improvement and are now re-sending multiple submissions one by one. This not only gives you an indication of the progress (how many have been pushed / waiting to be pushed), but it also enables you to stop at any time, thus re submitting only a part of the data you selected.
