Pass submission id in hyperlink with parameter

FormTitan allows you to create custom emails, which will be sent to the form filler once the form is submitted. This email can contain text, form variables and starting this version - it can also contain hyperlinks to pass a submission ID  in a custom email.
This could be helpful if in cases of Double opt in, for example, where you have the filler enter data, and then you send him a confirmation email with a link he will need to press (which can lead to another form). 
How to you do this? simple, you just add a link in your custom email editor using the "{{submission_fill_id}}" token (without the quotes).
For example: https://www.mysite.com/page?submissions={{submission_fill_id}}
