Document generation (single/bulk) directly from Salesforce

Even though FormTitan is an independent platform, it integrates perfectly with Salesforce (and also with other CRM solutions) and so the forms work seamlessly with Salesforce when used inside as well as outside of Salesforce, in websites or blogs.
In this version, we are going all out and allowing you guys to streamline important processes involving FormTitan from within your Salesforce account. How great is that?!

Requirements:
This functionality requires an additional fee of 8$ per user.
It also requires you to install the FormTitan package in your Salesforce account and set permissions for every user in your FormTitan account.

What does it include?
1- Generate your documents on the fly by clicking on a Salesforce button.
We support 2 buttons: The first, can be added to the record page and will generate one or more documents for a single Record,
and a second button can be added to the List view page and will generate documents for a selected bulk of records, chosen from your list view.

And of course, once these documents are directly generated from Salesforce they will also be pushed back to the related record (as an attachment, file or document).
You will also be able to edit the PDF documents from Salesforce if given permission.

3- Sending automatic emails directly from Salesforce
Send clients custom emails, containing links to FormTitan forms they must fill. And, needless to say, sync the data collected in the forms with the relevant records in SF.

4- Use of Apex to generate your documents via flows, apex code, Visualforce.
Those interested in this option will need to authorize the URL of the remote site in Salesforce before starting.
