Form URL starting with a number

When you create a form in FormTitan, it is given a random string at the end of its URL, which you can easily change.
However, up till now you could not change it into a string that starts with a digit, or is all digits  - and this posed a problem for our user Gabriel.e. 
We thought his suggestion could benefit other users, so we made it possible to enter a numeric string.
