Create a new Salesforce lead if one doesnt exist or if we have multiple

When integrating with Salesforce (or any other CRM for that matter) you want to make sure records are not just automatically created each time, but rather that a check is made to determine whether to create a record or update an existing record.

- create a new Salesforce lead if one doesn't exist.
- to create a new Salesforce lead if there are multiple leads in Salesforce with the same email.
- or update an existing lead.If there is only one lead in Salesforce with the same email.
