Last updated Oct 01 2020

In this video, we will show you how to troubleshoot issues regarding SSO with Salesforce as IDP in Community.

The following are items you can troubleshoot when your SSO is not working

For all SSO:
- Third-party cookie on client browser (allow all cookies):

- SSO configuration problem (go over config): https://support.formtitan.com/faq/FAQ_Salesforce/How_to_use_SSO_with_Salesforce_as_IDP
  Salesforce community:

- Check connected app Permitted Users is “Admin approved users are pre-authorized “ and correct profiles are there.

- At least one field from SSO parameters is mapped to the form.
- Make sure the CSP setting in salesforce is set for your TITAN subdomain.

For Community SSO:
- When you set up the community SSO make sure you log in to the community via username and password, DO NOT USE THE “LOGIN AS '' option, best to do so in incognito or a separate browser from where you are logged into salesforce as an admin.

For Community SSO when “use salesforce session” is checked:
- TITAN Api permissions: TITAN => My Account => API => check the “submission permission”.

- TITAN package Custom settings not configured (community SSO with session): head to TITAN => My Account => Document Generation => click the save button
- If the form is embedded via a visual force page make sure the Community SSO extension CTL on vf page is there.
