Form Settings > Category - On submit: Redirect to URL

Redirect to URL
This option will allow you to make the form redirect to a specified URL once it is submitted. You will be able to have the new URL open in the same page, in a blank page or in a modal window and you will also be able to set parameters to send data from your form to the next page.
