Sure you can.
FormTitan provides a powerful Salesforce integration. You can use it to connect to any entity in Salesforce, including custom entities.
It is a seamless two-way integration that lets you update multiple Salesforce entities in one form: create records, edit records and delete records. It also allows you to read data from Salesforce entities in real-time. and the best thing about it is that you can easily combine the writing and reading of SF data to create sophisticated forms from which you can manage your Salesforce records.

Can I update multiple records in Salesforce through the form?
Yes- you can. By using a repeatable section element in your form you can have the use enter multiple items. For example: you can create a section that contains fields from the "contact" entity in it, like last name, first name, email, assistant etc. Once you make the section repeated the filler can enter the first contact (his name, email etc) and then press on the "Add" button to open a new line of contact fields.

Can I allow the user to fill a part of the data and resume  at a later date?
Yes - you can. FormTitan provides a 'Save and resume' option that allows the filler to enter data in your form in phases. This is ideal for long forms. All you have to do is use a "Draft" button in your form and you are set to go. Once the filler enters some data and presses on this button - a url will be generated to continue filling in the form. The next time he enters the form, using this url, it will contain the data he already entered and he will be able to pick up where he left off.

Can I create a custom thank you message?
Yes you can. When the form is submitted a default "Thank you message" is displayed on screen. This message can be customized easily by changing the text as well as changing its style. Read how to customize the thank you message.
